We can book and negotiate your dates, getting you the best deals possible, and reducing your risk on the road. We have good connections to houses in the UK, US, Australia and Middle East in particular.


We work with preferred partners on statutory accountancy and production accounts, getting you the best rates and ensuring a coherent service, including weekly updates and forecasting so that you always know your financial position and what’s around the corner, avoiding any nasty surprises!


We can manage investor relationships for you, draft user-friendly investor packs, manage subscriptions and provide timely updates on all elements of production, from financial to creative. We understand the importance of keeping your investors up-to-date and the delicacy of those relationships, ensuring that anyone backing your production has a professional and enjoyable experience working with you.

Marketing & PR

We work with the best in the industry in marketing and PR, getting you the finest rates and ensuring a coherent service, including signing off campaigns and expenditure, attending meetings and ensuring your production gets the best coverage for the least cost.

If required, we can advise on immigration issues & VISAs (into the UK, or taking your production abroad). We will inform you of all union agreements and rules with which you need to comply in the UK and can manage the process with local advisors in other territories.

Our aim is to develop long-term, valued relationships with our clients. We want to provide a quality of service which will lead to producers coming back to us again and again. We know that to do that we have to take the administrative burden away for producers and let them focus on achieving their creative vision. We know that our job is to ensure your production happens as smoothly as possible, and crucially, within budget.



Controlling budgets is a key part of our role. And that includes our own costs. We keep our weekly fee as low as possible, helping with your capitalisation costs, and allowing your production to reach recoupment as quickly as possible. We can offer tailored fee structures including lowering our fees in exchange for a post-recoupment royalty, tying our reward to the success of your production and keeping us incentivised to ensure your show is a roaring success.

Tara is the Managing Director of LIVE General Management. Prior to taking the role, Tara worked independently as a producer and general manager, in the UK and internationally, and also as in-house Producer for Stephen Joseph Theatre, Iris Theatre, Company of Angels and originally trained at Theatre503. Before beginning her theatrical career, Tara qualified as a corporate solicitor, working at US law firm O’Melveny & Myers LLP.

Grace is a freelance theatre producer and general manager, who recently graduated with an MA with Distinction in Creative Producing from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. She is currently working as Production Coordinator for Live General Management and General Manager for Rhum and Clay, and is Assistant Producer to Ellie Claughton, with whom she works for Breach (It's True, It's True, It's True, Joan of Leeds), LUNG (Trojan Horse, Who Cares) and Barrel Organ (Conspiracy). She is Producer & Executive Director for Lagahoo Productions (New Diorama Theatre Emerging Company 2019/20, Soho Theatre Young Company), and Producer for THESE GIRLS. Previously, Grace has worked with Improbable, Target Live, Global Musicals, Premier Comms PR and Something for the Weekend.


Productions include: SPLINTERED (Lagahoo Productions; Vault Festival 2020, Edinburgh Fringe 2019), Bible John (THESE GIRLS; Vault Festival 2020, Edinburgh Fringe 2019; Pleasance Charlie Hartill Reserve Recipient), An Act of Care (archipelago; Push Festival 2020), Catching Comets (Ransack Theatre; as Associate Producer; Royal Exchange Theatre & The Pleasance 2020) and We Three (Short film; nominated for Royal Television Society Short Film Drama Award)

Dom has spent the last decade working on both sides of the stage; as an actor in numerous productions in the West End, regionally and on tour, and now as a producer. As Creative Director of Anthology Theatre – the theatre division of The Anthology Group – Dom oversees all aspects of production, with a particular focus on the creative development of shows.
Dom has first-hand experience working with the best creatives in the industry and can provide insight into building the correct team for any given project. He has developed a number of projects from page to stage, offering dramaturgical support, running development workshops, assisting with casting, and has connections with venue managers and programmers in London and across the UK.




Mark is the Founder and Managing Director of both Sightline Consulting and Sightline Entertainment. Sightline Consulting is an advisory firm to businesses in a range of sectors and specifically in theatre and leisure. Mark has advised individuals and companies for over 20 years on project finance, fundraising, business development and M&A. In the theatre sector specifically, Mark has worked with amongst others, David Ian Productions, Qdos Entertainment, HQ Theatres, International Artistes, and is currently working with major producers on touring productions to new markets around the world.
Sightline Entertainment is a theatrical production company and investment company, which produces and invests in commercial work in London and on regional and international tours. Recent productions include Tryst, Sexy Laundry, Bananaman: The Musical in association with Beano Studios and The Duke in Darkness.

Over autumn 2019, LIVE advised The Sightline Group on the re-brand, re-furbishment and re-launch of the Tabard Theatre to the Chiswick Playhouse, assisting with programming and general managing the inaugural season of in-house work.
